Josh Reese is the owner of Moss Ridge Guitars, located in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Josh is a master luthier that has been making custom designed acoustic guitars for over ten years. Josh is also a luthier instructor at the prestigious Wayne C. Henderson School of Appalachian Arts (The Henderson) in Marion, Virginia, teaching beside the master himself, Wayne Henderson.
Josh has honed his skills from the impressive lineage of luthiers: Wayne Henderson, Gerald Anderson and Spencer Strickland. As well as being a lutherie instructor, Josh also shares his talent and skills (and patience) with the fine craft of inlay and teaches both beginning and advanced inlay techniques at The Henderson.
His latest masterpiece hit center stage at The Grand Ole Opry for Nashville great Mark Wills. You can visit his Facebook page for latest photos and posts, and visit his online gallery for even more samples of his fine craftsmanship.
